Reviews of Fletcher, NSW

"Peaceful friendly and community"

Living in hidden waters, shopping 5 minutes with all amenities. neighbourhoods look after each other together with sanctuary and outlook all work within a community and we often share extra things we have, plants, produce, kids stuff and a nice community very clean well kept. It’s full of nice walks around. The trees and mountains and sanctuary and outlook plains.
Many new build houses, kids areas for long walks and path to ride bikes and scooters and you tend to see families enjoying afternoon walks
Very close proximity to freeway to hunter, north and Sydney and 20 min to city Newcastle and less than half hour to hunter or Lake Macquarie
respectable hard working people

"Great Suburb!"

This suburb is fantastic and will suit all people! It is great for families with walking tracks and parks, but also ideally located for professionals being close to the freeway and expressway.
This suburb also features Bishop Tyrell Anglican College which is a great k-12 school

"Family Friendly"

Fletcher has it all, great family orientated community.
Close to Primary and High Schools, childcare centres. Local shopping centre, sporting fields and parks available. Approximately only 30mins back into Newcastle CBD.

Rental returns will vary depending if it is a standard or high end investment property, I would always recommend a comparable market appraisal to determine estimated rental return.

"Family orientated"

Fletcher is a newer suburb in the outskirts of Maryland. There are alot of newer builds and the community is very family orientated. With more developments happening, more families are moving to the area.
Local schools include Glendore public as well as Catholic school, Bishop Tyrrell.
Local shopping centre, fletcher village and sporting ovals are within walking distance.

"Family friendly"

We love living in the Sanctuary Estate at Fletcher. It has a real community feel about it. The parks, fields and courts are ideal for the kids and I love the walking paths for my morning run.

Looking to invest in Fletcher? We lease all properties in the Fletcher area in less than 10 days. Average weekly rent for a 4 bedroom house is $520.00/ week. Look for a hype local agent, give me a call.
