Cremorne Drive

"Cremorne Drive - Walk to absolutely Everything!"

Cremorne Drive is highly desirable to young families with school aged children, due to the Tannum Primary School being just off Cremorne Drive. Cremorne Drive runs off Hampton Drive (main drive into Tannum) therefore you are literally able to walk to Coles, Dr's Dentist, Tannum Pub, beach, coffee shop, butcher, newsagent. At the other end of Cremorne Drive is Tannum High School, and you can access the boat ramp by driving down Cremorne Drive to Riverside Drive.

Public and school bus stop is located at the top of Cremorne Drive, on Hampton Drive near Coles.

The houses are established being a mix of old and new.

Being located in the proximity of a school, morning drop off/afternoon pick up is extremely busy however otherwise it is easy to drive around.

Blackwell Street

"River front homes, Close to Walking/Cycle path"

One one side of Blackwell Street the homes are directly on our beautiful Boyne River and also the walking/cycling path. It is a quiet street, but does receive low volumes of through traffic.

The homes are established and due to its proximity to the path provides a great outlet for families with small children, or even older children and adults wishing to use the path for exercise. The path will take you all the way to Tannum High School or around to Tannum Surf Club/Main Beach.

Jarrah Drive

"Jarrah Drive - Family friendly"

I lived in this street when I was young, and the only traffic we used to see was local traffic. It is great for riding bikes up and down the street, and at the end of the cul-de-sac there is a dirt track that you can cut through to get to Woolworths Shopping Centre. All the neighbours are friendly.
A school bus runs past Malpas Street near the Caltex Service Station for pick up/drop off.
Boyne Island Primary School/Bambini Early Childhood Development is just off Malpas Street, all of which you can walk to from Jarrah Drive.

Marquis Court

"Fabulous cul-de-sac for families"

We moved into this cul-de-sac when I was young, and all the kids used to play in the cul-de-sac. Marquis Court is quiet, safe and neighbours are friend. It is so close to St Francis & Tannum Primary and Tannum High Schools and you can easily walk to the Boyne River.

Being only approximately 24 km/25 minutes drive to Gladstone on a good stretch of road on the Dawson Highway, it is a very appealing place to live.

There are residential properties and as you travel out past the caravan park, the blocks are larger.

Calliope High School opened in January 2020 and Calliope Primary School is in the main street.

There is convenience stores, including IGA, medical centre etc therefore you do not need to travel to Gladstone.

"A hidden gem in Central Queensland"

Gladstone is built on Auckland Creek and overlooks the Gladstone Harbour, therefore as you move around you frequently encounter water views.

Gladstone Central on Auckland Street services the inner Gladstone area, however depending on zoning you could investigate Gladstone West Primary on Boles Street. Gladstone State High or Toolooa High School are the State High Schools.
Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School is right in the CBD on Goondoon Street, and Chanel College is on Patterson Street, just off Dawson Highway.

Restaurants and coffee shops are plentiful in the main heart of Gladstone CBD, however you cannot go past Gladstone Yacht Club for a great meal overlooking Auckland Creek.

Gladstone Entertainment Centre is located in Goondoon Street and always provides great entertainment and shows for all ages, and also hosts Esiteddfords and school musicals.

Glen Eden

"Home to Tondoon Botanical Gardens & Gecko Valley Winery!"

Billabong Estate of Glen Eden is great for families and only a short drive to the Kin Kora Shopping Centre or Sunvalley IGA. This part of Glen Eden is quiet and highly sought after. Once you go down the hill towards Gladstone - Benaraby Road, you will find the properties are squeezed in together, so you will get to know your neighbours quite well. In this part of Glen Eden there is a high percentage of investment properties.

Tondoon Botanical Gardens are in Glen Eden. There is a cafe which serves up beautiful food and hot coffee. You can sit on the deck outside overlooking the ponds and enjoy the beautiful array of trees.

Right next to the Botanical Gardens is Gecko Valley Winery - please check out their Facebook page or website for opening hours.

Markets are held regularly - please check the local guide as to when they are held.

Barney Point

"Great Location, close to Gladstone CBD"

Great Location & 3.5km to the Gladstone CBD, Harbour and other amenities. Barney Point has its own beach and walking track along the water front, however it does not link the whole way around the bay and you will need to cut down through a side track to get onto the second path.

Yaralla Sports Club is a great place to visit having cold beer on tap and great food. Also a good place to hold a conference or meeting of any size if you are looking for modern conference facilities.
