"Great access to verything with top views"
Terrific cul de sac street minutes walk to eastlands shopping centre, new Kangaroo Bay development, schools, college, medical centre, doctors, child care and parks. Great views from most houses over Kangaroo Bay Derwent river to Hobart and Mount Wellington. 5 minutes drive to central Hobart shopping/business area. Bus route passes end of street. Close proximity to beaches, golf course, tennis courts, cinemas and Bellerive Cricket Ground
