Reviews of Victoria Avenue, Claremont
"Without a doubt Perth's most exciting and safe residential street. An exclusive address with good reason."
Winding its way from Claremont into the heart of Dalkeith to meet with Jutland Pde VIctoria ave boasts a number of attractive features from riverside lots and parklands to hilltop views. It provides a safe neighbourhood with enormous blocks. The only drawback is the prohibitively expensive pricing but given the way the rest of Perth is catching up this has become moderately affordable for some.

There are plenty of houses along the north and south coasts going for a lot more than $3m... as well as apartments in places like Mandurah! Perhaps it's 'relatively' affordable rather than 'moderately' affordable? hehehe:)
I live nearby and are constantly drooling at the gorgeous houses along the river. The views are fantastic. I can only dream...

With a median house price of close to $3,000,000 I am not sure how this is 'moderatley affordable', but I agree with melbournefan, would love to see some pictures of the amazing houses in the street.
