Has anyone ever seen a pub/club get fined?
I was reading this article today (http://www.theage.com.au/national/pubs-and-clubs-hit-by-a-million-dollars-of-fines-20090226-8j7k.html) and thought "I've never heard or seen a club or pub get fined before. So much so ... i thought it never happened!"
Has anyone know of any pub/club that's been fined and for any reason?

I want to know how they monitor it? Do they have people scoping out the bars late at night trying to see if the bartenders are serving drunk poeple?
And how can they expect to really test this? Everyone is drunk past 1:00 at bars! So technically the bars and clubs should be fined every night.

That would be a terrible job - patrolling bars and watching the bar staff to see if they serve someone who is too drunk - and you can't ralax and enjoy yourself!
