"Peace & Tranquility"
An amazing aspect looking over towards the mountain ranges, beautifully treed and large grassy areas full of bird life.
A two minute walk across the road to the brand new Woolworths with numerous other small businesses like KFC, Noodle Bar, Best Pizza Ever, Post Office, CBA Bank, IGA, Chinese Restaurant, Doctors, Pharmacy...everything but a clothing outlet. However a short 8 min drive down the road to Morwell and you can get everything your heart desires, from Bunnings through to Spotlight, train station and the most amazing Rose display in the centre of town.
Churchill has a serene tranquil aspect and lots of parks for children, a skate park for the older ones and of course Monash University.
Plans for the new Motel are afoot and even more plans for another new Arcade and shopping strip. Overall a fabulous choice.
