Wanbrow Way, Duncraig, WA 6023

Wanbrow way is a wonderful family friendly cul-de-sac. Walking distance to the local schools, shops and located opposite the park. I bought my house here 3 years ago and would not move anywhere else. It feels so safe and the community spirit is very much alive here. Although I bought my house at the height of the property "boom" I would make my money back, as Duncraigs' property prices have steadily risen. I believe Duncraig remains to be slightly undervalued suburb and it will be interesting to see the rate of growth over the coming years. Only 3-4mins drive to the beach.
