Perkins on the corner of Route 9 and New Hackensack Road, hands down. It's not far from the center of the village, but it's a great restaurant with a lot of options. There's not a breakfast food there I haven't thoroughly enjoyed, and in case you're ready for Round 2 later on, the pies they sell are amazing.

I recommend the Falls Diner on 2659 E Main Street. I love that the owner comes out to say hi. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and you'll always feel welcome here. Food is great too! :)
