Not all of Warranwood is in a 'bushfire prone area'. You can search for an address here: http://services.land.vic.gov.au/maps/bushfire.jsp Green shaded areas are in a 'bushfire prone area'. You can also get a 'bushfire prone area property report' by clicking on 'get reports', then 'next'.

Yes it is. We have the CFA app and haven't had any issues. I think if you are aware and have a fire plan in place you'll be AOK.
