"Sought after street in the best part of Beverly Hills"
Warraroong street is a full brick area with most houses 50 to 60 years old. It is in the best part of Beverly Hills and very few houses have been sold in recent years. Those that have come on the market have sold quickly. The street is close to the station and only a few minutes drive to Roselands Shopping Mall and the M5 motorway to the city.
