"Family friendly"
The street location is in close walking distance to local shops and pub. 2 parks very close by, one with a playground and BBQ. If you feel the need it is possible to walk to the train station or it is a very short drive with plenty of parking. 2 primary schools in walking and riding distance and is in the catchment of the brand new high school! Hammond Park is a very family friendly area. It has a strong community feel with sports and recreation at the local oval.
