"Quiet suburb, close community spirit, low crime rates"
Wells Street is a great street to live on. Generally quiet outside of peak traffic times as locals use it as a short cut from Erina to Gosford. The street has a heavy police presence as they too use Wells as a short cut from Gosford to Erina, Terrigal etc.
