- 2 Preschools, long day care within 700 meters walk (On the way to stations "Pennant hills or Thornleigh).
- Dead end street... safe for kids, quite and friendly
- Less than 5 minutes drive for Woolies, RTA, Bunnings,
- Bowling Club, RSL all 3-5 minutes walk.
