Any affordable suburbs in Victoria that don't have overhead power lines?

Western District Region is located in the state of Victoria.

Call me paranoid but I am extremely uneasy of buying a home in a suburb with overhead power lines on every residential street. Can you please suggest affordable suburbs (am thinking West Victoria along Werribee) that don't have these overhead power lines? Thanks in advance.
