Reviews of William Street, Botany

"Eastern suburbs gem on the rise"

Botany is an Eastern suburbs locale filled with young families and yuppies who have moved from the likes of Paddington, Randwick & Coogee for larger homes that offer more value. In saying that, prices are fast on the increase and soon Botany too will be unaffordable for most. It's proximity to the beaches, city, parks and fantastic dining/cafe options makes this an attractive suburb. It's quiet (amazingly peaceful given it's so close to the airport, however importantly NOT under the flight path). The Fairmont Place complex is by far the most attractive, modern and stylish on William St, telling as it fetches the highest prices in the street. Rental returns here are also very attractive making it a great option for investors.
