"Aurora bit expensive but worth it"

overall Wollert is great suburb with 8.4 growth rate. having said that among all states in Wollert Aurora is usually on top its bit expensive but worth every penny.
Maranda line will be further divide into two from labor station and will be extended into Wollert by adding further 3 stations (epping plaza , wollert north and wollert ) new shopping center will be add up to suburb profile too.

Rentals in Wollert

"Amazing"

We moved here a year ago, so far we love it ..suburb is safe and I can say that the wollert is really making a huge progress. With the extension of cragieburn highway with having dedicated bus lanes and extra parking space in station has made a lot of progress. The people are professionals! very well educated, polite. Wollert has several retail areas, cafes and supermarkets. Wollert is still affordable suburb with best prices to beat the market.

"Aurora is beautiful"

We been so many suburbs before buying our land, like point cook, truganina, tarneit. This particular suburb is northern based, and has everything u name. Train line is also expected soon, but god knows.. but other than that..this place is the best in terms of schools, parks, greenery.
Pros:
People and neighbourhood are very friendly.
School is really good
everything easily accessible

Cons: there are so many upcoming suburbs, which might lead to traffic, but a train line will surely solve the problem.

Do you really think the train line is coming soon? I doubt it! The plan is to split the Mernda line at Lalor to create a Wollert line. There is still far too much to do on the Mernda line, they even currently want to build an electricity substation in Reservoir to add more services on the Mernda line! That's how poor the infrastructure already is. Wollert is close to Craigieburn station and the parking is great. There are also plans to build a Campbellfield station and join the Upfield line to the Craigieburn line. This will mean the Seymour services will go down the Upfield line instead of the Craigieburn. I think this would be much better off done before building a Wollert line. This will mean plenty more services from Donnybrook station. I think the Wollert line is just a fantasy at this stage.

"Beautiful and safe suburb"

Lots of indians, good school and upcoming new school as well. The suburb itself has a beautiful vibe and everything ia just walkable.
If the school gets high ranking... no doubt this wil be one of the best suburb for indian community.

"Quite, family oriented and convenient"

Despite the suburb is under development, the south part of Wollert is almost developed. Schools, childcare, supermarkets, parks, play grounds, bulk billing clinic , pharmacy, cafes, restaurants etc. Few minutes drive to Epping Hospital, Costco, Pacific Shopping Center, Epping train station, shops etc.
Recommended for families.

"Still in development phase but should be beautiful once it's completed (lots of promise)"

As a few people have stated before, this suburb is still under development. There have been a huge immigrant population in the last few years (mainly Muslim and Indian) but with the rise in prices that can be foreseen, it is highly likely that the suburb will get more multicultural. Additionally there are a couple of schools being built here - if they maintain a good standard, that will attract a lot of people.
Good facets - Lots of beautiful parks, relatively safe, and Aurora shopping village is decent (the Coles here is HUGE). There are also a number of new cafes/restaurants coming up. The people who live here are all relatively friendly.
Not so great - Everything is still in development phase. Needs a few more cafes/restaurants and a train station (which I believe has been approved by the Government in its latest plan). For the suburb to really make a mark, it also needs the school (Edgar's Creek) to be of a high standard, which will also attract a more multicultural society. However, with the school, train station and the developments currently in place, there is huge potential here.

Hi, can anyone shed some light on what traffic is like? Mainly in peak hour Id be driving to Preston. I feel like Epping Rd is the only way out and that if they start roadworks it will get really bad?
