Looking for a home in Woodcutters Road?
"Close, Convenient and Coveted"
This is a neighborhood that allows you space to stretch. You can walk in the bush in less than one minute. You can be in town in less than 5 minutes. There are no traffic problems. The neighborhood has kids to play with, babysitters available and is a good place to raise a family.
Drawbacks: we need a corner store, but do have Mt. Nelson Store. We need much better bus service.
We have good medical facilities, a local pharmacy and if you are not afraid, the walking will make you very fit.
The views are fantastic.
Sandy Bay Value at a much lower price.
