What is the best but affordable area of Yamba?

There really is no best but affordable now. The house prices have soared of late. Anywhere you can afford would be a good purchase in my opinion, but do check it out first. Ask the neighbours, people are very friendly and willing to assist you. My best advice is to rent first, look around, ask questions then decide. It is not a big town, so there is not a real feeling of 'here is good there is bad' any more, though there was once. Hope this helps.
