Yes!
Wembley Primary offers and extensive out of school hours care program which includes food, activities and special events. It is available until 6pm every week day and has it's own dedicated staff working there. (this is from personal experience)
I do believe Kingsvillle and Yarraville West primary school also offer OSHC programs very similar to the Wembley one!
