"Ackland Ave Christies Beach - a quieter option by the sea"
After living on Ackland Ave for a few years I would not hesitate for one second to reccomend this address to potential residents. Not only will you enjoy many well established homes, freindly beachside community spirit, but you will also have access to the wonderful Christies Beach foreshore.
Our home was located at the westerly end, and we reguarly utilised the beach for morning walks and treasure hunts with the kids after stormy weather. The street itself is very easy to negotiate, with ready access to Gulfview Road by the intersecting roads....which lead to a number of handy retail opportunities.
It's worth noting the BP Service Station has a low-cost 3 bay, DIY carwash.....which is perfect for seaside living and keeping the salt off your car, boat or trailer. High reccomended address which is sure to please.
