"Up and Coming Area for Families"

A real sense of community with great amenities, regular buses, local shops selling everything you need, a 5 minute drive to the biggest shopping mall in the area and best of all, a 5 minute walk from anywhere on Roy Terrace to the best beach in the area. What more do you need?

"From one end to the other"

Roy Terrace is a long road offering housing opportunities for all price ranges. It is a high traffic area during all hours especially during school hours. The locals are quiet and keep to themselves. Blocks range in all sizes and are suited to families looking for room to move. Best of all the beach is only a short walk away, nothing gets better then that.

"Undergoing a massive transformation"

As the Local Professionals Real Estate Agent I have met an incredible number of residents over my 28 years in the industry and have always found the people in this area very friendly, community minded and family orientated. The area of Christies Beach itself is undergoing significant development and over recent years has started 'to come of age' .With this transformation we have also witnessed a tremendous shift in the demographic profile. In conjunction with this has shift we have enjoyed the emergence of more Cafe's, more upmarket housing , improved infrastructure and a general increase in capital investment by business.Overall it is a great place to ,live, work, invest and play. Now is the time to recognise this as a tremendous opportunity for young people & families to get in on the ground floor of property ownership and enjoy the ride!

A lot of crime? Really? Vandalism? where? and I know of nobody being the victim of a break-in in recent years. I think you're living in the past!
