Deemster Avenue, Christies Beach, SA 5165

I bought property in this street a number of years ago as I felt there was strong potential for capital growth given that it is only 1 street from Beach road and easy walking distance to the beach itself.The street has a real mixture of dwelling styles some of which are not particularly attractive.In the main the blocks are traditional large allotments as elsewhere in the suburb.There has been some mild development already,however there is tremendous potential for future growth.Unfortunately there was a break in at the property I owned and the occupant at the time had some belongings stolen.While it was covered by insurance it was very disappointing as the majority of the residents at the time were more senior long term residents always happy to have a friendly chat.Given the development likely to continue along Beach Road it would be a good mid-long term hold for investors. Families & couples would also benefit enormously from the easy access to the major shopping precinct,schools,banking & medical facilities. For retiree's it is a flat walk or gopher ride to everything you need!
