"Affordable near beach location for families."

Commencing at Sydney Crescent near the caravan park, Ferris Street runs East -West and joins Elgin Avenue. There is a mixture of housing styles and some new development occuring. Many of the homes have the potential to capture excellent seaviews as the street is fairly elevated ,particularly East of Roy Terrace.Kathryn and I own property in this street as an investment and have always had great feedback from our tenants. They love the proximity to the beach & shops, the views are sensational (particularly from our up stairs living area and rear deck). The street has enjoyed strong capital growth over the past 10 years and should continue to show strong performance. It is a great street for families wanting a traditional large block for the kids and provides an affordable opportunity to secure a near beach lifestyle with view potential.
