If you are wanting to sell or rent out in the area, do not go with anyone else other than Ray White Coburg. The Director, Nazih, is the best real estate agent I have ever met. Nazih is honest, professional, friendly and beyond insightful. You will not get such dedication and success from anyone else. What can I say, they have always relayed the pros and cons of sale, provide timely communication, but best of all they are ethical, there industry experience is second to none and they don't promise exaggerated price then push you to sell when a lowball offer comes along.
