We achieved a great result over 25 years ago with Wayne Vaughan, this time around it was an unbelievable result! Team Vaughan turned the sale of our home into an experience we will never forget. Guiding us through the complete process from start to finish we knew we were in incredibly competent hands. Thank you, Wayne, Teena, Steven, Paul W, Paul H and Mark, for the amazing result, we can truly say it has been a life changing decision to use the services of Team Vaughan!
Waynes Team one of the best agents in Sydney North. The new townhouse sales record in Marsfield area by Waynes Team from McGrath Epping. The amazing outcome is from the professionalism and integrity of the team in providing services to not only the vendor but also the purchaser. Highly recommended.
Sue and I wanted to send you a note of appreciation for the efforts of the McGrath Team that Wayne and Teena lead during the sale of our house. From our first meeting with Wayne, we were treated with respect and not pressured. Wayne simply explained all the various facets of selling a house, including budgetary costs and the stages of the sale process without any pressure to commit. He also gave us a price range that we could work with to assist us finding a new place. Once we made the decision, to sell (and buy elsewhere), the team behind Wayne and Teena swung into action to: - Guide us to style our house for the best impact with our furniture for photography and collateral - Choose the campaign time frames and marketing strategies - Operate the campaign and manage all the aspects of the sale The team were always punctual. Every meeting professionally managed to be on time or prior notification if there was an unforeseen issue. All open houses started on time. We found the team respectful, personable, and engaging. Everyone we dealt with treated us as if we were their only customer. All advice we received throughout the selling process was professional, relevant and helpful. We found the weekly updates interesting and easy to read, especially with Wayne or a team member on hand to explain the detail. When the day of the auction arrived, the backyard was packed with people and the auction progressed to a very pleasing outcome. Thank you, Wayne, Teena and the entire team for making the sale of our house successful whilst minimising the pain and stress of the process.
We engaged Wayne and Teena because they had a high profile in the local area. We had met them many years ago when were buying into the area. So we had no hesitation in using their skills and knowledge when it came time to sell our family home of 25years. We found them and their entire team to be knowledgeable, professional and very hard working to achieve the best outcome for us. They also have excellent networks which helped us get our property ready for sale. We would not hesitate to recommend them and their team to any prospective clients wanting to sell their property in the future.
I highly recommend Wayne & Teena Vaughan, and Steven Xie in the sales team, who are consummate professional. They have great customer relations with buyer, and are knowledgeable, solution focussed, efficient and reliable
I would like to thank you for providing me such excellent service. Wayne guided me through the whole process and was helpful every step of the way. His knowledge of the area and market is awesome, and he is very experienced and professional. Steven was also helpful and easily reachable throughout the time, even outside business hours. He always gives an update after every time open inspection, he is polite and responsible. Thank you for your team's efforts.
Wayne and Teena's team have been very helpful and accurate in advising us on what would be required to make the property more attractive to the potential buyers. They have also shown great attention to detail when preparing the marketing campaign and conducting the open house inspections. They have made the process quite smooth and provided good feedback. They have focused on and responded very quickly to the right type of a buyer, assuring a quick sale of the property. We would highly recommend them to any potential sellers.
Steven is a kind and professional agent. He is very helpful and patient to answer all my questions in regards to buying a property. He is very caring and attention to details. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the market
Last month I engaged Wayne and Teena Vaughan for the third time to sell a property of mine in the area. They had previously sold two other properties for me and obtained an outstanding result for both of them, so it was a no-brainer for me to use them again to sell my third property. The best thing about my experience with Wayne and Teena this time is that I was able to leave everything to them, from getting the house ready for sale, styling it, arranging the strata report and preparing and running the entire campaign. It was the extra value-add that made the difference for me with my hectic work commitments. The property wasnt an easy property to sell, but true to form Wayne and Teena got it sold within my required time frame and at the right price. Their level of service delivery is second to none and in my view their innate knowledge and sense of the market is better than anyone elses in the area. I have now moved out of the area, but for the more than 25 years that I lived there, Wayne has consistently delivered outstanding results for his clients. He and Teena are a formidable team, and if you want the best outcome, I wouldnt engage anyone else.
Wayne and Teena were the selling agents when we bought the property back in July 2020. We were super impressed with the way Wayne, Teena, and their team serviced us as buyers and you could see the effort they put into their sellers. Because of this, we knew when it came to selling, we felt comfortable working with Team Vaughan. We knew they would work as hard as possible for us in getting the best price for our home. It can obviously be a stressful time selling your property, however, with Waynes 30-year experience, he is equipped to help you through every step. We have just sold for an astonishing price of $3,980,000. They had a winning strategy and the ability to execute it. Wayne always communicated with transparency, honesty & gave solid advice. Everyone in the team plays an important role. We were kept informed throughout the campaign and always knew how the sale was shaping up. Their attention to detail is impressive. Waynes reporting, negotiating & communication was first class. There is no need to consider anyone else if you are selling in Epping or Eastwood. They are in a league of their own. We would not hesitate in selling with them again and highly recommend Team Vaughan. Wayne was understanding of the result we were trying to accomplish and always went above and beyond. Trustworthy, professional, and informed. When it comes to selling your home, Wayne is truly Mr Eastwood and Team Vaughan are the dream team!
