From our first meeting with Wayne, we were treated with respect and not pressured. Wayne simply explained all the various facets of selling a house, including budgetary costs and the stages of the sale process without any pressure to commit. He also gave us a price range that we could work with to assist us finding a new place. Once we made the decision, to sell (and buy elsewhere), the team behind Wayne and Teena swung into action to: - Guide us to style our house for the best impact with our furniture for photography and collateral - Choose the campaign time frames and marketing strategies - Operate the campaign and manage all the aspects of the sale The team were always punctual. Every meeting professionally managed to be on time or prior notification if there was an unforeseen issue. All open houses started on time. We found the team respectful, personable, and engaging. "I wouldnt engage anyone else."
Last month I engaged Wayne and Teena Vaughan for the third time to sell a property of mine in the area. They had previously sold two other properties for me and obtained an outstanding result for both of them, so it was a no-brainer for me to use them again to sell my third property. The best thing about my experience with Wayne and Teena this time is that I was able to leave everything to them, from getting the house ready for sale, styling it, arranging the strata report and preparing and running the entire campaign. It was the extra value-add that made the difference for me with my hectic work commitments. The property wasnt an easy property to sell, but true to form Wayne and Teena got it sold within my required time frame and at the right price. Their level of service delivery is second to none and in my view their innate knowledge and sense of the market is better than anyone elses in the area. I have now moved out of the area, but for the more than 25 years that I lived there, Wayne has consistently delivered outstanding results for his clients. He and Teena are a formidable team, and if you want the best outcome, I wouldnt engage anyone else.
