Family friendly?

It really depends what you're after for your family!! If you're after sporting teams, swimming lessons, good public schools, and lots of outdoor action - Albury has plenty to offer. There are some indoor facilities for rainy days / birthday parties (such as Inflatable Fun House, Trampoline World, Intencity, Regent Cinemas, Bowling in Wodonga, Wodonga Leisure Centre - Indoor heated pool, Art Museum, LibraryMuseum, etc).

The best thing for families is just having that commute time back. You can live close to work, spend more time at home with family or looking after your health and fitness... things that get pushed to the side in city living!

The lower housing cost (and travel costs) also means your family budget is a lot healthier, and you can afford those little extras that make all the difference.

We really like it here, it allows us to do the things that matter to us, and have the space and time for the kids. It really depends on what you're personally aiming for!
