Its a great spot to live, large regional centre without the metro feel, plenty of options with good areas to live as well as jobs & you can still get to Melb (well not at the moment) or Sydney - drive, train or fly.

HI Jeffrey, honestly there are good & not so good across the board, Albury breaks down to the basic North, South, East & West areas - yep really original all these have really top spots in them, add in Thurgoona & Lavington both are good spots to live , fair bit to choose from & if you would like to email me direct [email protected] I can give you more direction with what you are looking for, hope that helps abit.
