This is an impossible question to answer without knowing your preferences, workplace location, whether proximity to schools is important, or proximity to gym or market. Some people prefer quiet streets, some prefer a little 'energy' and life around them. Albury housing can be really inconsistent in quality (lots of cold draughty houses) and so I'd say have a general area in mind that is close the services you need, then find the house you'd like to live in, and don't worry about the street.
