"One to watch out for, an investors delight."
Alfred Street in Port Melbourne comprises mostly of brick and weather board townhouses. It is also a one way street, which can be a bit of a pain, but there are some extremely nice renovated townhouses along here which deserve mention.
Visually, its very clean and wide, compared to some others in the immediate area, it's one of the better ones.
Also, there are some townhouses which are in clear need of renovations, so investor's check it out!!
