Rouse Street is an amazing location . One block back from the beach, one block from Bay Street. Awesome coffee 100 metres away at Third Wave and the Exchange Pub 150 metres. And a 3 block stroll to the light rail and in 15 mins, your in the heart of the Cbd.

"One of the best in Port Melbourne"
Beautiful Street in Port Melbourne that connects Bay Street to Pickles Street. On the Pickles Street end is a really nice apartment complex, and it is also home to the HM@S apartment building complex.
Rouse St is a little bit of a thoroughfare, but not too much of an issue as it quite wide. On street parking is mostly available, and being so close to the beach and all the fantastic amenities on Bay Street makes Rouse a hard street to go wrong in.
On the whole, Rouse St continues to be one of the most desired streets in all of Port Melbourne.
