My spouse has received and accepted an offer of employment in Armindale.

We are from the States so I have no idea what to expect in terms of the cost of living. Any help in regard to how much average electric, water, gas would be appreciated. Also, we will not be taking any of our things and will need to re-furnish a home when we get there and buy a car, etc. if anyone knows the best places to shop for 2nd hand household goods and a car and are willing to share that information I would appreciate it!
