"Seurat Loop , Ashby"

My husband and I brought our first home in Seurat loop, Ashby where we happily lived for 10 years.
Ashby is a family friendly suburb , it offers convenience to shops , has great schools in the area private and public and has an array of parks/playgrounds for children.
We had the pleasure of having awesome neighbours on both sides plus up and down our street .
We highly recommend this suburb to anyone thinking about moving here

"A small friendly suburb"

I must admit to having a soft spot for Ashby Its a small suburb adjacent to the larger suburb of Tapping . Ashby has less than 1000 houses & now has its very own neighbourhood centre including farmer Jacks groceries, Ashby Coffee House, Local nail Bar Ashbys fish n chips & The Ashby Bar Bistro . We moved to Ashby in 2008 when my family and i emigrated from the UK . We quickly found it to be a very friendly suburb . In 2009 I began selling real estate in the area and have since sold may many homes and met some really lovely people :)

"A regular new suburb."

I visit friends in this suburb regularly and I have seen it develop quickly over the last few years. It is, as I state in the title - a regualr new suburb. To me it is nice and tidy - that is because the houses are packed so tightly together that no one plants a tree to drop a leaf or to add anything that could be untidy. There is no character here although the properties are of a high standard. My friends live in the centre bit, near The Circle and the houses are packed in like sardines. I'm not sure what would make this suburb stand out over any others. It isn't especially close to anything, although Joondalup is just around the corner for shopping.

Unfortunately, your critique must only be related to that new part of Ashby locarted near the Ashby Pub. As for the Centre bit . . . Im not quite sure to where you refer. Yes, Ashby is a newly expanded suburb and has its fair share of smaller three bedroom residences. But then so does the adjacent suburb of Tapping. Basically, from your assessment Id deduce that Ashby would have about the same unredeeming features as Tapping or Carramar which are only two minutes away. Ashby also has many four bedroom two bathroom family homes set on larger plots measuring over 600sqm, and has a much larger population of families than single. But you'd know that if you lived there. . . Right.
