"Charming quiet suburb with plenty of parks"
Patenier Street is quiet and free from unnecessary traffic as most vehicles are either owners or their visitors
There are a range of occupants from families to retirees who all get along together
The shopping centre and pub are within walking distance........so, no drink driving
Most people keep to themselves but say hello whilst walking their dog 🐕 or cleaning their car
The majority of house’s are owner occupied and are kept in excellent state of repair
Patenier Street is a safe and secure place to be
"Quiet Friendly Street"
Our first home in Perth was in this whisper quiet family friendly street . A great benefit to such a quiet street was very few cars only the people who live in the Street . Its been some time since we moved away , however i have sold a couple of house on the street so I'm still aware of a good family vibe . The walk to newly built shopping center & Ashby Bar Bistro is a great addition to the area .;)
