BALMERINO SQUARE IS ALMOST THE PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE A GREAT PARK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SQUARE VIEW OF THE BAY AT THE TOP AND PLEASENT HOUSES AROUND.THERE IS A PRIMARY SCHOOL AND SECONDARY SCHOOL IN WALKING DISTANCE, AND A BUS STOP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ROAD TO TAKE YOU INTO THE CBD.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS STREET FOR FAMILYS.

Yes this is a lovely spot.....great views. Rarely a house comes up for sale in the square.
