"Lovely quiet court, surrounded by nice people."
I have been living in Barite Place since 2005 and I really love it here. It's so quiet that you can always hear birds chirping from Lucerne Cresent which is a great park just around the corner. The position is excellent with Karingal Hub shopping, Village Cinemas and plenty of eating out and fitness options close by. It's only a 15 minute walk to Ballam Park where you can safely walk your dog along with lots of other dog walkers. Frankston is only a 10 minute drive and Melb CBD is handy to access via Eastlink, if you can afford it.
