"Secret: Barratt St is THE BEST street in Albert Park."

Stunning. Beautiful tree lines st, with the feeling of a gothic cathedral. Half way between village and the beach. Bullet proof. Single fronted homes can go for $2.2 million. Most are worth about $1.5million.
