"Future potential, great location"
Foote Street in Albert Park is just off Beaconsfield Parade and seems to be littered with townhouses just waiting to be redeveloped. A little bit of graffiti is prevalent, but not a major issue. Gasworks Arts Park is located here, maybe a reason why all the graffiti :) Overall, this street does not seem visually appealing, however the location (right on the beach) far outweighs anything negative.
