"Perfectly placed for a family living with kids."
I have been living in Barry St for the past 9 years. Barry street is perfectly nested in the best part of Reservoir. Just walking distance to good childcare facilities, like Gellibrand Crescent child and kinder garden, and many more. Very close to Schools ( Reservoir Primary, William Ruthvern School, west Preston etc.), Excellent neighborhood, peaceful, kids park right next door. 5 min walk to Edwades Lake and park. Close to Ruthvern Railway station, Reservoir Railway Station. Walking distance to medical facilities and shopping strip, gym and Reservoir library.
Just a perfect fit for a family living, bringing up kids, and for anyone looking for right location with all amenities within arm's length.
Couldn't be more happy.
