"Kia Ora - Kiwi for 'hello'"
Very friendly street with a good mix of established families and newcomers. Mostly a quiet street, with a few late night hoons. Ten minutes walk to the 112 tram and Preston West cafes. Interesting group of shops on Gilbert Road where the street begins - chemist, bakery, childcare, 7-eleven etc. Lovely playground and park on next block and we're very keenly waiting for the bike path to be finished along Edgars Creek which will run all the way to Edwardes Lake.

- Industrial zone across creek - Coburg North
- Neat but plain houses
