"Our neighbours are the Australian wildlife."
Most houses on Bayview Crescent have no back fence, so basically, the national park to the rear of the property becomes part of your back yard. We have wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, and of course Possums visiting our back garden on a regular basis. Neighbours are generally friendly and considerate, with only the occasional party. Quiet and peaceful, safe and secure. Feels like it is rural.

- Narrow road in areas, residents can park inconveniently on road
