Hi Styx71,
Yes there are some areas in Beckenham that do get affected by train noise, mostly along Railway Parade and Sevenoaks Street in Beckenham (the two roads running adjacent to the Armadale Train Line) - That is for the main residential transport trains.
Along Rochester Ave in Beckenham there is also some train noise from the Freight Trains that run along Roe Hwy.
