There is not one single part best to live in,you need to ask “What part of Beckenham will miraculously let me survive to,hopefully celebrate my 30th Birthday

Depends on what you do. If you are train rider, best area would be within walking distance from train station around William Street. If you are a shopper, living on Gerard street will make you one step closer than other area in Beckenham to Westfield Carousel and its surroundings. If you are driving, areas backing Welshpool Rd will take you a step closer then the rest of Beckenham to major roads.
