What plans does the local council have for the further development of Beckenham?

Hi Jocel,
I have scoured the City of Gosnells website, but have not been able to find out anything about any further development of Beckenham.
The last rezoning went through in 2010/11 I think, and there was plans for that to happen dating back to the late 80's. So if there was any plans to rezone or develop Beckenham again, I dont think they would be for a while.
I do believe the council have rezoned and are planning to develop the park that runs along Streatham/Sydenham Street.
Maybe enquire to the council for more info
