Areas of Bibra Lake?

Hi Adam. It sounds like you are looking in the 'new Bibra Lake'. We decided we liked the 'older' and pretty much undiscovered part of Bibra Lake on the other side of North Lake road. Crime rate pretty much non existent, very green, love the ambiance and the lake walks. Though we lived in the Glen Iris area of Jandakot for a few years (very close to Bibra Lake), we still didn't know about this area until we discovered it through driving around and wondering what this area was called. The older part is much closer to the new Fiona Stanley Hospital and the associated businesses that are scheduled to spring up to support it, Murdoch College and University, the expanding Saint John of God Hospital and so close to the freeway and bike paths to the city.
