Where is the best place for me and my wife near City and also near to Industrial estate?
I am a welder from Iran who is moving to perth.I am looking for a nice and safe place to live and also near to my job.I mean near Industrial estate or factories.

Also consider the Southern Suburbs locale, there is good affordability, friendly family areas and the Cockburn (pronounced Co-burn) area is becoming quite a hub for large industry! It's close to great beaches and about 15kms from the perth CBD!
