How often have you moved???
Brisbane (CBD), QLD 4000 is located within the Brisbane local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
42 properties would be the maximum... lol although it was not quiet that bad I did stay at some of them on renewed leases so was there longer...

Theres nothing unusual for a renter to have lived in so many different properties. I myself am your age and have lived all over Queensland and NSW sometimes i broke my lease for work purposes, it doesnt mean im a fraud, i just have itchy feet haha
Wow - That is a lot of packing and unpacking for one person. I have moved 2 times from Sydney to Brisbane. I shared a house and stored my furniture in Sydney. It was the cheapest way to go. I moved back both times because I missed my family. Otherwise I might have stayed for good. QLD does have lovely winters but the summers are hard to take. I still might go back again. Every winter in Sydney I wish I was in QLD.
It would be nice if you could find a place to stay in longer than the lease expiry. Moving is stressful and expensive. I hope you find a place you really like and settle for a few years. I know when I fill out a job applications asking for residential addresses for the past 10 years I need to think hard as there have been quite a few. At least I have been in this place for 3.5 years but I feel ready to move soon.
People do seem to think I am unstable just because I like variety and I always think there might be something else better to rent. In Sydney it is too hard to find anything to rent and too expensive too. Brisbane is getting harder too.
I've only moved a few times in my life. It's seriously one of the most painful things, once u've gotten settled somewhere, IMO :(
It's not the amount of times you've moved Arien, it's just that nearly every review you wrote was negative. Nowhere was any good hardly.
I've moved around a lot as a child and an adult. I was born in Sydney and lived in three different places there until I was ten. Then the family relocated to Alsonville, NSW, briefly before shifting to Tasmania. I've lived in Launceston, Georgetown and Hobart. I returned to Sydney as as adult. In 2010-2011 I lived in Cabramatta, Randwick and Coogee. I moved Brisbane in 2012 where I lived in Banyo for a few months before doing a couple of years in Toowoomba. In that time I virtually lived in Coromandel, New Zealand for three months. After that I moved to Ipswich for 2014. I tried to move closer to uni but found the real estate agents and owners of North side petty, prejudiced and aggressive. I had to shift from Geebung to Banyo and onto Kallangur. I'm now being moved on from here because due to pregnancy I wasn't able to pull up weeds and the property manager wants us out because of that.
Moving a lot is just the age we live in. A house is no longer a place to live. It's a commodity and those who rent are just commodities too. With the prices of housing going up, people are going to get more transient.
