living on hooker bvld broadbeach is it a nightmare for noise and traffic conjestion?
I would love to hear from actual residents past or present please :). Also anyone know more about the construction of The Lakes on broadwater (also off hooker bvld) if it is a plus or minus in your opinion to the local property prices?
