What are Insurance cost's for waterfront and are there any additional fee's for jetty eg: annual fee's ?

Hi Jac,
I believe Derk is correct. The rates are charged on the land value. As for the jetty charge, I have attached the link to the relevant legislation. Hope that helps :)

Derk, I was advised that there is a separate, additional fee for a jetty. Do you know anything of this please?
