It's a bird, it's a plane .. no! it's a (flying) Elvis!!
So kewl!!
Tonight, Elvis the Fire Helicopter flew _directly_ over our house (twice, actually!), on the way to either the airport (to refuel, etc) or to a fire near the outskirts of Melbourne.
It was so low i felt like I could jump up and grab the massive hose underneath it's belly. Elvis is a true Hero of our bush fires. The King is Alive!

I must have missed this one when you posted it a few weeks ago! This is soo cool. Was it loud? I think they should blast Elvis music as they rain water from above. That would be insane :)
