Bundall is a very Central Suburb - it's very lively with businesses, schools and sporting clubs. Bundall actually covers quite a large area including Sorrento, Isle of Sorrento and Bundall itself. There are lots of homeware, electrical and furniture stores - so perfect for the property owners that are renovating. Gyms and sports centres are plentiful, and easy access to all of the main roads to Benowa, Ashmore, Chevron, Isle of Capri & Surfers Paradise.

Sorrento really has everything you could want in Gold Coast Living. It is a world of self contained serenity, but is also in walking distance of the Turf Club and a number of Chic restaurants and cafe's.

Far enough away from the madness of surfer's paradise but only a five minute drive to the beach.

Since the GFC many waterfront suburbs such as Broadbeach Waters, Surfers Paradise and Sorrento have many homes available and very affordable prices. I have recently seen in Sorrento full waterfront 3-4 bedroom homes sell for $700-800K of which is. comparable to prices back in 2005-2006

Sorrento itself has no bridges no main river and is conveniently located minutes from Broadbeach and Surfers paradise. Many houses are not only waterfront but also feature city skyline views.

Bundall has to be one of the easiest locations to live. You can walk to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are close by. There are many top schools in the area. The farmers market in Bundall on Sundays is the best on the coast.

Sorrento is one of the best suburbs on the Gold Coast. Its within minutes to everything.
